Mommy & Me classes are outdoor classes hosted at Nature School of Fairview. These classes are a great way for parents and their children to mindfully connect through various hands-on activities.

Laura Ramos has a background in physical therapy and experience in pediatrics (and as a mom of three), Laura strongly believes in the benefits of early childhood education and stimulation. Rock with Mama offers a variety of music movement and sensory classes in the community, local preschools, and businesses in the DFW area.

Tinkergarten classes
What is Tinkergarten? Designed by experts, and loved by teachers, parents, and kids, Tinkergarten gets kids ages 1 1/2 to 8 to learn outside. Kids who participate get the physical and mental benefits of increased time outdoors and build a lasting connection to nature. Tinkergarten lessons are designed to take place in home spaces, shared community green spaces, school settings, and all of the places in between. Learn more: https://tinkergarten.com/what-we-offer

Classes from 4 pm to 5 pm.

Enjoy time with your little ones as you practice yoga and mindfulness under the trees at The Nature School of Fairview!
Perfect for your younger children, introducing them to the magic of using breath and movement to help calm our bodies, exploring the world around us, our emotions, and mindfulness (slowing down and noticing), incorporating story time, music, games, and partner poses, and more!
Dates: April 10th, 17th, 24th, May 1st, 8th, 15th
Class Time: Wednesday mornings at 10 am (classes are approximately 35 - 45 minutes long)
Location: The Nature School of Fairview, 340 Country Club Road, Fairview, Texas.
The class series starts on April 10 and runs until May 15 (a total of six classes).
Cost: $99/family
